Dear valued customer of Close Motor Company,
At the start of this crisis we pledged to you that we'd keep you fully updated as the situation evolved and how we intended to reopen when the time was right, I’m delighted to say that time will be the 11th May.
We'll have two service advisers at our dealerships on the 6th and 7th May 9.00am -4.00pm taking bookings for week commencing 11th. From the 11th onwards we'll be in on a reduced staff basis until we reach the levels of bookings we were at prior to Covid-19, our opening hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday only. Again we pledged that safety was our number one priority and this remains the case, you'll see a lot of changes around our dealerships. Firstly we have a one way system in place, you'll also see we have put social distancing measures in our facilities these are clearly signed and marked out on the floor. Sneeze screens are along our service counters giving protection when discussing things with our teams and we now have two waiting areas so we aren't all on top of each other and disposable gloves and hand sanitisation facilities are provided at our entrance points, please use these. Our staff will be wearing face masks and protective gloves at all times and on top of this your cars main touch points will be wiped with anti-bacterial products when in our care. Below is our company collection and drop off procedure, I hope this helps demonstrate how seriously we all at Close Motor Company take this and have done everything we can to keep everyone safe while your vehicle is in our care, I do politely request that you stick to these guidelines when visiting our sites as the safety of our teams is also our main priority, please be patient and allow extra time when coming in as we’ll be sticking to this rigid safe process.
