Workshops To Re Open Safely 11/05/2020
After more than six weeks of emergency closure, our servicing and repair workshops will return to full operation on Monday 11 May. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about booking, vehicle drop-off, hygiene procedures and social-distancing inside the dealership.
1. Your postponed appointment
Our aftersales advisers will ring or email every customer whose booking was cancelled between 23 March and 5 May.

6 & 7 May – we’ll contact MOT and safety-critical repairs first

8 May onwards – routine services, health checks and accessory fittings

2. Contact-free check-in

Park in the clearly marked “Service Drop Zone” outside the main doors.

Leave your keys in the sealed envelope provided and post it through the red key-drop box.

Scan the QR code on the box and complete the digital job-card on your phone—no paperwork required.
- A service adviser will ring you within 20 minutes to confirm the work authorised and the estimated collection time
3. Waiting-area changes

Seating reduced to nine chairs, spaced 2 m apart.

Complimentary hot drinks now served in single-use recyclable cups.

Touch-point cleaning (card machine, coffee station, door handles) logged every 30 minutes.
We kindly ask customers to arrive alone wherever possible; children’s play tables and magazines have been removed for the time being.

Call 01536 205555. We’re open Monday–Friday 8.30 am–6 pm and Saturday 8:30 am–5 pm.
